VSF Meetings
VSF May and October Meetings are open to all current members as a membership benefit. Prospective members may attend, however, are required to pay a meeting attendance fee.
VSF Presentation Criteria
Proposals containing promotion of specific manufacturer's equipment or vendor solutions will not be considered. See detailed Presentation Criteria. Also each speaker is asked to provide an electronic copy of their presentation to the Meeting Facilitator for posting on the VSF site after meeting completion.
VSF Work In Progress Document Policy
Only VSF Members are allowed to view and comment on Work In Progress (WIP) documents within active Activity Groups (AG). These documents are located on a Share Point Server for each active AG (J2K-ULL, RIST, SVIP and WAN as of 10/20/2018). In order for VSF Members to have access to WIP documents you need be on the specific AG e-mail reflector or send a request to Tina Lipscomb to be added to the specific AG e-mail reflector. After you are added to the reflector you will receive access code information for the Share Point Server and you will also start receiving e-mails from the specific AG reflector.
VSF Logo & Usage
The VSF Logo is a Service Mark of the Video Services Forum. It may be used by VSF members for VSF activities only. Any other use of the logo is prohibited, unless the user has been granted prior permission from the Video Services Forum.
