Security and Dynamic Media Production
This year, VidTrans will offer a wide range of speakers on many technical topics, including several who focus on security issues faced by dynamic media producers (including live sports, news and linear broadcast television). Protecting these production chains, whether on a private network, in a shared colocation facility or in the public cloud is essential for securing content and reputations in this fast-changing industry. In addition, VidTrans will welcome presentations focused on many other aspects of media production and transport, including:
- Cloud-based production, transport, and data exchange formats
- Mobile video and the impact of 5G on media production and consumption
- Network monitoring and diagnostics, automation of the process, and emerging tools
- Live sports and the application of emerging technologies to enhance viewer experience
- Video compression & emerging technologies suitable for professional media applications
- Media network timing and synchronization
- Technical tutorials on media-related topics, or tutorials on new technologies

The conference rate is $775.00 with an early bird discount available until January 24th ($100
discount). This fee includes program, exhibits, Tuesday night Reception & Exhibition
Preview, continental breakfasts, lunches and other hospitality.
